At BC12 we treat your data — especially your measurements and photos — as something entrusted to us. This page explains what we keep, why, who can see it, and how you control it.
What we keep
- Account details: name, mobile number, email, and your password (stored in a form nobody can read, including us).
- Membership: your subscriptions, their dates, the amount paid and payment method. We don’t store card details.
- Training and health data: InBody scans, fitness tests, posture/movement assessments and previous injuries, performance reviews, and your training program.
- Progress photos (before & after) uploaded by you or your coach.
- Class attendance and messages you send (suggestions, complaints, or your number when you ask to be notified or book a session).
What we use it for
- Managing your membership and reminding you before it ends.
- Letting your coach write your program and track your progress in numbers and photos.
- Answering your questions and complaints, and improving our service.
We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees what
- You: all of your data, from your page on the website.
- Your coach: your program, measurements and photos — only for their own members.
- Sales staff: your name, number and membership only — not your measurements or photos.
- Gym management: all data, to run the service.
How we protect it
- Measurements and coach notes are encrypted in the database; progress photos are encrypted before they’re stored.
- Progress photos only open after logging in, and only for the people allowed to see them.
- The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and management accounts use two-step login.
- Hosting, database and photo storage are provided by service providers we use only to run the site.
Your consent
We only record health measurements or progress photos after you agree (when creating your account, or in writing when you join). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete your measurements and photos, or close your account. Payment records may need to be kept for the period the law requires.
Cookies
We only use login cookies. The site remembers your chosen language on your device. No advertising or tracking cookies.
